As the founder of leadership training and education consulting company and Junior ROTC instructor, Trina specializes in online education success and leadership development for K-12 schools, college and universities, the military, businesses, churches and nonprofits. Trina has cutting edge leadership and team development experiences speaking to audiences in the United States, Africa, Korea, Germany, Russia, and India. Trina completed her master’s degree in education online and currently pursuing a doctorate degree in education online. Trina is an experienced online as an adjunct faculty.
Trina held a professional military career for 21 years, and completed her goal as an Army First Sergeant. After Trina’s successful military career, Trina served her community as the Director of the Restoring Life Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization providing education (GED, job skills, tutoring, life-skills), humanitarian, and housing assistance to at-risk youth and adults.
Trina is the recipient of the Prince William County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Community Service Award and her organization received a National Capital Region Hunger Summit Award. Further, Trina is the recipient of a Legion of Merit, two Meritorious Service Medals, two US Army Commendation, three US Army Achievement Medal, and two National Defense Ribbons.
Trina has earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Social Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Education.
Trina is a member of the Pentagon Memorial Fund Education Leadership Group, Disabled American Veterans, Business Professional Women, and chairs the North Carolina Women Joining Forces.
